How It Works

Red and near-infrared light therapy works through a process known as photobiomodulation. Specific wavelengths of light are absorbed by cells, supporting mitochondrial activity and cellular energy production.

Recommended Use

For targeted muscles or joints:

• Position the treatment area approximately 10–30cm from the panel
• Use for 5–10 minutes per area

For broader full-body wellness:

• Stand approximately 30–60cm from the panel
• Use for 10–20 minutes in total

Expose clean, bare skin where possible. Begin with shorter sessions and gradually adjust the duration, intensity and distance according to your comfort.

Avoid exceeding 20–25 minutes of total exposure per day. Allow at least one or two rest days per week, particularly when using higher intensities.
