Free Delivery Across South Africa

We offer free shipping on all orders delivered within South Africa — no minimum order value required.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, please allow 3–7 business days for delivery, depending on your location. Deliveries to more remote areas may take slightly longer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

Failed or Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier will make contact to arrange an alternative delivery time or collection point. Please ensure your contact details are correct at checkout.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately at sales@nuerahealth.co.za so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
