How It Works

Recommended Use

For targeted muscles or joints:

• Position yourself approximately 10–30cm from the panel
• Use for 5–10 minutes per treatment area

For broader full-body wellness:

Expose clean, bare skin where possible. Begin with shorter sessions and gradually adjust the duration and distance according to your comfort.
